Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date → 60% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the travel date → No refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.

Refunds will be issued in USD through the original payment method.

Transaction or bank fees (if any) will be borne by the customer.

No-shows, unused services, or early departures.

Delays or cancellations caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, transport providers).
